    I have been a few times here now and i find that one particular staff member has a stinking attitude.. she has blonde hair and wears glasses and is maybe polish.. she was so rude to me today when picking up a parcel..and has been in the past, she obviously doesn't enjoy her job and takes it out on the customers.. find a different job you will enjoy more luv.. i will Avoid this shop from now on.

    Rudest staff on the planet can be found here. I only drop off parcels in this store, and I get the same treatment EVERY SINGLE TIME. Staff annoyed, eyes rolling if I am dropping off a parcel. just unbelievable.

    Only now do I look at the reviews and issues people had dropping off parcels . If I'd have known I would steer clear! Everything that's been said I 100% agree with . Very dismissive and not willing to help or even attempt to help it's clearly to much effort for them , not as if they've anything else to do by the looks of it . Dropped parcels off elsewhere at coppice av with no issues at all.

    This review is based on a recent visit. After experiencing disgraceful customer service I looked at some previous reviews. ‘Rudest staff on the planet’ one customer said. ‘Vile customer service’ another said. I couldn’t agree more. The attitude of the staff in this shop is abhorrent and they should not be running a local facility like this.

    I had a gas card emergency and the chaps in the shop couldn't do more to help me, they were really helpful and kind considering I'd been to 2 other shops for replacement gas card and they were useless but the chaps here at Hayes lane fabulous saved my but from frost bite... Thank you
