   Can't comment on them as a retailer, but DO NOT use them as a parcel collection point. Some staff can't read or speak English too well and gave my parcel to the wrong person without checking the name or ID.

   Really rude manager. Has zero idea of customer service and how to treat people. Why have a parcel delivery service at your shop if it gives you so much anger? Or run a shop for that matter. Younger guys are really nice but should work somewhere else with a nicer boss. He's a terrible example to them.

   Would give zero starts if I could, as others have said, don’t even BOTHER going to return parcels! Absolute waste of time, machine either not working or some excuse as to why they won’t accept your return parcels. The rude staff member is indeed rude every single time and makes it clear he doesn’t want any return parcels. Just don’t even bother!!! Arrange a collection from home instead.

   Turned up with an Amazon return via UPS and had followed the instructions on the Amazon site. The guy pretty much ordered me out of the shop telling me to take my package away and bring it back when I'd taped the address label on (Amazon said to hand all paperwork over as it was an export to Germany). The guy in the queue behind me told me he'd just had to go and buy tape from another shop and come back. "I don't sell tape here!!!" Confirmed the shop keeper. Helpful. I took my parcel to the UPS drop off point at Grove News on Seymour Grove instead. The woman there could not have been more helpful. My advice? Don't bother coming here. Save your time and got to Grove News, Seymour Grove instead.

   I went here to return an Amazon parcel through their Hermes drop off service which I’ve previously used before there. The shopkeeper refused to take the packageless parcel (Amazon’s / Hermes new eco way to return parcels) and just shrugged and said no even though the computer in there allows you to print off packageless return labels. Bizarre. Poor customer service (and a waste of time going there for parcel returns).

   Drop off point always offline... Once or twice a year we end up having drop a parcel off, and it's always, "come back tomorrow, it's not working". This has been going on for years. Its opening times for drop off aren't quite a case of, go in and drop off, after a certain time the shop appears closed but manned buy a chap who gets you what you want. Problem is when you request parcel drop off he has trouble shouting instructions. The experience is rather humiliating as you stand there and he's trying to non-verbally to tell you to go away because you've failed to understand his garbled attempt to tell you it's not working, as usual.
