   I’ve been a regular Superdrug customer for years and currently hold a Gold Advantage Card, but my recent experience at the Middleton store was deeply disappointing and upsetting. While I was queuing with my friend and our children, a staff member at the counter treated us in a way that felt unfair and discriminatory. She was watching us closely and, without reason, asked us to move further away from the customer in front of us — even though we had maintained a respectful distance, and that customer had no issue with our presence. The way we were singled out made us feel extremely uncomfortable and judged. It’s painful to think that such treatment could be based on our appearance or race. All customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and I hope Superdrug takes this seriously and ensures that all staff are trained in treating everyone equally. Thanks

   As per some other reviews, staff are rude and talk extremely loud as if they’re trying to embarrass you. It’s like they simply don’t want to help you. Walk round watching you as if you’re going to pocket things. Unhelpful, rude and disrespectful. I wouldn’t shop in this store again even as a last resort.

   I was very happy to shop here. It is a shop that has a lot of products cheaper than they are elsewhere. The customer service was great, with someone offering to help me as I walked in. There was no waiting time. I would definitely come here again.

   Leone is just the best store assistant there. Everytime I come into store she greets me with a smile and asks me if there's anything she can help me with. Gives great advice and helps me chose cosmetics to suit my skin tone. She deserves some recognition this lady does.
