   Third time trying to use this post office, in several months, every time to be told there are 'technical issues' and they cannot take my parcel. The lady behind the counter seemed to enjoy telling me "and I don't know where the nearest other post office is".. not that I asked

   Morrisons you need to invest time in your staff and teach them proper customer service and relations. The post office is forever closed or they don’t have the relevant person on shift who can operate it. The shop has some friendly staff but it also has some very rude and obnoxious staff also, who have no clue how to greet the general public or provide friendly service. The shop has a huge turnover of staff and the employees keep getting younger and younger with zero experience who treat the place like it’s a social club . It’s not uncommon to overhear conversations about how annoyed they are at working there or to be served by the staff who are having casual chats while scanning your items and not even greeting you with so much as a hello. A lot of miserable people and jumped up youths with horrendous attitudes, especially the youngest girl who is new on the scene, little show off who feels important and on a power trip of unnatural proportions. Have used the shop since 2011 and never had an issue with any staff but this youth comes along and low and behold her big gob caused and issue out of nothing. The place needs a serious overhaul as they are representing the brand in a really negative way.

   Post office scam - post office is never open. I went to collect my parcel, and no one was in who was trained to operate. I went the next day, 2 hours earlier and 3 hours before alleged closing and again “medical emergency” so the post office couldn’t be open. The man with the ginger hair is rude and arrogant, I understand he may be at the brunt of it, but there’s a way to speak to staff. There’s also a systematic way to ensure that your staff are trained to use the post office till during the opening hours. I’ve reported them.

   Had a terrible experience at the Morrisons on Folly Lane, Swinton. When I went to collect my DPD parcel, staff were rude, unprofessional, and even used offensive language. This was the second time I was told to come back because no one was trained on the collection system. Morrisons really needs to address staff training and customer service standards here. Rude old lady on the tills that never says hello or anything she just stands there angry, if you’re not happy with your job … then leave and find a better one instead of destroying everyone’s day with your ugly face expressions.

   Tuesday 21st Feb ,approx 7,45 at night ,lad working there threw the stuff I bought on the counter & threw rizla papers on the floor ,I think very unhealthy ,no apology infact I had to pick them up,I've gone In the shop over 24 years ,never again ,he isn't fit to serve a dog,I hope it's camera 'd up & someone normal reviews the film of it

   Went at 7.45am on Wednesday. Lady was rude to me but was nice to all the other non minority customers. Won’t be using this store again. General demeanour was negative towards me, fix it Morrisons!

   To all the people leaving reviews that they’re not open same as the hours listed: If you notice they’re shut at 6pm everyday.. then suggest an edit to google maps so that it’s accurate instead of leaving a negative review that will hurt their business which pays their bills. Would suck if someone came for you and your livelihood because you’re not working overtime during a pandemic. If you know from experience they’re not open late then why do you keep going back expecting them to be open? Lol. If you love Tesco so much & they love you so much.. then go there! They’re probably more equipped to deal with your crumby attitudes.

   They always shut the post office when they get busy and say it's closed due to technical problems. Very frustrating when you arrive with a load of parcels and it's happened about 4 times in the last 6 weeks

   Always closed, it's 9pm right now, advertised as opening until 10pm but it's closed! I walk around during the day, closed for a delivery.. waste of time, never know when the place is open so I'll just drive to co-op instead, they are open the times they say they are and don't close when they get a delivery. Bobbins..
