   Go there quite often and stuff are usually nice and pleasant however today at around 10 am I went to collect a parcel. The older Asian staff member with glasses was very clearly rude and tried to give me a parcel that literally did not have the same name as I did, she insisted that it was mine even though it was literally an entirely different name and I was ordering a dress but what she was giving me was a tiny little boots parcel I would not have complained but my mother also described a similar interaction with the same staff member last week I think a lot of training needs to be done in relation to ordering packages and being thorough in general because if somebody had gone home with my parcel and vice versa I would obviously be very annoyed and this is clearly something which could easily be rectified I’ve never had this problem before so I’m not sure if it’s new staff but it just shouldn’t happen again.

   Just been in now have been a customer for many years. The 2 young Asian staff totally ignored me and carried on their conversation whilst serving me totally rude!!!. I even said goodbye received no reply as they were engrossed in their conversation. Staff training is needed this is not some corner shop owned by their family it is One Stop Shop (Tesco), the one star is being overly generous

   A family member and myself went in to purchase prime today. Older lady who served my sister was rude and indirectly discriminating implying my family member was with me. So what if she is or not and what does it matter??? Very reluctant to sell to us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the shop or staff.

   Lovely place to shop. Friendly staff, clean store and a very warm welcome. Plenty of offers to choose from too. Open 7am til 10pm everyday.

   Vary handy for quick pickup of basic toiletries for relatives in hospital. Good selection of beers and wine, Canned and fresh foods, chocolates fizzy pop and squash. Magazines.

   Got to the shop at 9.35pm shop closed as soon as i got out of car. I thought they will reopen waited outside 30mins Clearly says 6am to 11am Guess they close when ever they feel like it.
