   When I went out one time there was me and my 5 friends and we were told we couldn’t all go in the store another time 4of my friends including me were looking at the products and the employees were constantly following us round and watching us they weren’t even trying to hide for example me and one of my friends went over to look at the foundation and I said to my friend look at this the lady instantly looked around and wouldn’t take her eyes of us until we had put it down when we moved aisles the lady said into her head piece they have gone to the hair aisle really loudly another employee kept peeking his head around the corner watching us and when my friend had bought something the employee said into her headphones has she bought that im very disappointed in Glossop Superdrug and the stereotypes they have on teenage girls.

   Got accused of “messing around” and told to get out when we were just browsing around like any other customer. The manager was continuously following us around the store even though we didn’t do anything, we were shopping for makeup, my friend accidentally knocked over a boxed item and we immediately picked it up, another person we know got harassed because they asked where to find a sanctuary product however we are not certain that the manager said it to them. We were very upset with our experience and decided to call up the store and made a complaint as we believe we got treated unfairly. The manager picked up and acted like he was the victim and blamed it on our “bulky bags” I believe this is very unprofessional and perhaps he took it the wrong way. We are very disappointed with our experience and apologies for any misunderstanding.

   I have shopped here for years, amazing helpful, friendly staff. Excellent Superdrug brand knowledge, their caffeine eye cream is devine. A special shout out to Anthony there, a very professional manager, with great advice on skin care. I won't shop anywhere else for my beauty essentials. Well done guys!

   I buy lots of makeup products and more from here, always have done. Lots to choose from, great selection of high quality makeup. Also recommend perfumes always come well packaged and up to standard. Definitely recommended!
