   Went in this morning for aftershave for fathers day. Janet who was serving other customers, went out of her way to assist me, getting another member of staff to go in store room to get stock. Absolutely great custmor service. And best prices around.

   I go in here regularly! I love the place! All the staff are lovely! They clearly recognise me as a regular and always make a point to say hello and always a nice little chat at the till! Never once had an issue in there! My favourite toiletries shop by a mile

   Visited the shop recently and found the customer service to be very poor. The Shop assistant processed my purchase and handed me my change without looking at me, smiling or saying thanks - just carried on a conversation with a colleague and I basically felt invisible and not valued. I find this to be really rude behaviour and I probably won't bother shopping at the store again. I would suggest some staff training or go and observe Boots or Argos staff in the town who have manners and appear to value customers. I appreciate that you may not be on big wages or may have been having a bad day but manners don't cost anything!!
