I use this off-licence every so often it is a place that I would return goods to go back to via to Amazon. It’s hit and miss it depends who he’s working on the day. Sometimes you will be totally ignored not even a greeting when you say good morning.
The staff at the counter is so rude and disinterested about doing his job. There were no clear instructions on how to scan a qr code to receive the label and he stood there looking at me expecting me to know where in the shop the scanner was located. The touchscreen was dirty and the shop wasn't the most hygienic. I hope more parcelshops open up in the area so one hopefully gets a better customer service
Don’t divert your Evri parcels here. They refuse them on delivery for some reason which means it goes back to the sender and you have to wait weeks for refund/update. Very strange and a great inconvenience
Had issues with them accepting my Evri parcels/returns on two different occasions. They are always saying they need extra packaging or tape, which I’m sure they would like me to buy from them. I think the packaging it came in is enough and other shops didn’t have the same issue when I had to take it to another Evri Parcelshop instead. I recommend using another Evri ParcelShop
Always having problems with them giving me parcels from Evri, as they have a habit of constantly pretending not having received them. I have now given up using them after 4 bad experiences with them. Very dishonest. I have had to make a complaint to the company that sends me the packages to let them know.
Small, smart and simple shop. They have an EVRI drop off here so you can return and pick up Evri deliveries.

Its ILLEGAL to charge someone using a debit/credit card so how come my son was just in there tonight and you want to charge him £5 for using a debit card when he stuck items on counter perhaps you should read up what you can and can't do I will go further cos we live other side of swanscombe for to say there's a £5:charge for using the card your lucky you've even got 1 star
