I wish I read the reviews before I came here. Dropped off a dhl parcel, the lady kept complaining it was too heavy. I told her it was just 7kg and made a joke about how dhl excepts up to 25kg but she just groaned and moaned. I should have taken my parcel back because she clearly damaged it as dhl told me it was damaged (smashed) on collection. Really upsetting as it was a gift to a friend.

This shop is listed as a Royal Mail drop off location but it’s the same story every time. The machine is either not working or the package is too large. The woman is very rude, will never be going here again.

Edit: 29/12 I'll reiterate PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS STORE. had to drop a post office parcel so came here, dreading it as I came. Once again absolute rudeness from the lady. They won't take large parcels as no space. Then why are you listed as a post office drop off location? It just goes from bad to worse. Hate it here. I won't come here again after giving this store another chance as they are rude with no customer service skills. Last year I visited a few times to post parcels. The lady will print off the label and then hand it to you for you to take it off and stick on the parcel. This is despite my hands clearly being full with child. No offer of help. Never a smile either. Today I had three parcels. They said they had no more space and could I come back later. Fine, I asked if they could take the two small ones which they obliged. The man said any shopping? I said no thanks. I work for Tesco HQ. He said people buy things when they come in, this is why we do this. I said really? Loco Sid on Brentwood Road don't tell me that. Walking out I decided I won't go back and should I ever need a bag of sugar or run out of eggs, I'll go elsewhere rather than give them my business.

Shocking service by the lady in this store. I have been a customer here for years and recently started to use everyday to see packages via Yodel. The lady started to tell me to take the label wrapper (which she gives to me via the yodel machine) away with me as she hasn’t got a rubbish bin. Funny how it’s never been a problem before and others in the shop who serve me take the label wrapper and put it into the bin. When I confronted her about this she still refused to put the rubbish in the bin. You’ve lost a customer for the pettiness here. If you are providing customers with the label surely you should be able to put the wrapper in your bin. Won’t be back here and will travel further to another store due to the principle here. I’ll be interested to see if anyone else has the same problem with this lady or if it’s just me.

Used there service as an EBay parcel collection point. For no reason they refused to take delivery of the small light parcel. Why bother offering the service! Useless! Had to wait 2 weeks for it to be returned and resent
