Company seems to have shut down. Put an order in with them last week that was needed for a job this week. 7 days later it still hasn't been shipped so went over to their building to collect as needed urgently and it looks like they've shut down. Tried to call them and the number doesn't work. Will contact my bank to pull the money back for the order.
(Via B&Q) didn't deliver within delivery window, tried to call to chase order and numbers don't work, don't respond to emails or messages. B&Q wasn't interested. Reading the reviews seems like a common problem
As with everyone else who has had the misfortune of interacting with this company. They are awful and shouldnt be in business. Key parts were missing from my order which was clearly a previous return. It was delivered scruffy and dirty with missing hardware. Now this company is avoiding taking back their defective product and returning my refund. Take everyones advice, avoid this company like the plague. Ill also be asking BQ to not associate with them.
Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. 3 party seller from bbq. Hide behind policy. Delivered my parcel to the wrong address and won’t refund me. Spoke with Daniel on the phone. Refused to refund me then blanked and refused to talk to me. Don’t shop here waste of time and money. Just use Amazon. Much easier.
Absolute shambles of a company avoid at all cost!! 3rd party tagging on to B&Q website. Un contactable, taken my money and no updates given as to where my items are. Even B&Q defend them and promise to chase up but don’t. At present items are 3 weeks late. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
If I could give no stars I would Poor service from start to finish Hopefully I am an isolated case and was just unlucky but i would recommend staying clear of this company and shop elsewhere . Very unhelpful and poor responses from their customer services
Lying, thieving scumbags. I bought an item from them, it was damaged, when complained, they have been using delaying tactics to avoid refunding. This is without doubt the worst company I e had the misfortune to deal with. They have blatantly conned me, avoid this company at all costs, they are common thieves
As they don’t have a showcase area, I wanted to check in the quality of some products beforehand. Thanks to the person which showed me around the warehouse, eventually having an inspection of the products - this confirmed the quality I was looking for and went ahead with the order
Not vey good, didn't send order. The excuse was that I selected collect in person even when it asked for a shipping address. Ring them as don't respond to the contact us option. Will not be using again.
