After searching for a corner sofa for our living room for quite some time. I spotted this wonderful piece on Barton's furniture advertising on Facebook. Me and the wife went down and absolutely fell in love with it. The quality of it is second to none and it looks and feels like a £4000 suite. Steve who dealt with us in the shop is an absolute fantastic fella, has all the time in the world for you and is one of the nicest men I have ever met. A true credit to the furniture sales industry. Just had new boiler and radiators fitted by Bartons. Very pleased with the excellent service. Engineers were pleasant, efficient and helpful. Everything left clean and tidy after the work. Would definitely recommend this company.
Just had a new bathroom fitted 20 plus years after Bartons fitted the last one. Whole process was pretty straight forward from original quotation to showroom visit to select fittings and fixtures. Timescales planned and agreed and everything went as planned. Staff very friendly and professional and overall workmanship was first class Would highly recommend them
Unfortunately a 1 star due to the poor parking on Hesketh Avenue (OL2). 17/12/23 19:45 hours. The driver has clearly not took lessons on parking. 3/4 of the car was on the road blocking me and other road users from passing. You’d think only the driver of Bartons pays road tax. Clearly found the license in his packed lunch. Would be the last heating contractor I’d ring as they’d cause a havoc on my road. Please teach your drivers to be considerate of others.
The service from start (showroom visit) to finish (paying for the work) has been excellent. I recently had a multi fuel stove installed. Ok so not the cheapest, but I certainly got what I paid for - quality, professionalism and a fantastic service. An in-person visit to my home to survey and quote for the work (unlike many stove installation companies) I would highly recommend Barton’s if anyone is looking for a trusted company to install a multi-fuel stove. 2 days to install, plus removal of existing fire surround, gas fire and hearth. Delighted with the end result.
Cavity wall insulation installed by professional staff who did a thorough quotation/survey at my property and advised accordingly. Competitive quote received with the job carried out in a timely manner. Arrived on time and completed with minimal disruption. The house is immediately warmer without the heating on and warms up quicker with it on. No complaints.
