   Utter joke! It's only got one star because that allows me to leave a review and any less doesn't! The reception staff spend more time chatting than working! We were lucky a NHS midwife was behind us at the barrier to contact the other midwife in the building to let us in. We were sat at the barrier ringing it for ten minutes with no response. Where were the staff once we got in the building? Having a chat making a cup of tea. Leaving reception unattended! Upon returning to complete the glucose test, I sat in the waiting area as a pregnant lady was left stood at the entrance waiting to be admitted. This would have been somewhat acceptable if the staff were dealing with other issues (patients, phonecall etc), alas they were in the back discussing their children's teas (chicken nuggets if you were curious). Desperately wish there was a different option closer to home! PS this is no reflection to the NHS midwives stationed here. They are outstanding!
