Been coming here for almost a year and SX is hands down the best spot to get your shisha tobacco, equipment and accessories. Always great service and good recommendations from the staff. This is the only spot I go to now as they’re always consistent, will be returning soon!

Woow what an amazing experience and customer service. The second i walked in the lady at the counter (Khilood) was smiley and left me to look around in peace. They have so many diffenent kind of ranges of shisha for different price ranges. My budget was around the £150 and lady made sure that we found one for that price. I had a small problem with the shisha pipe the following day and the same lady made sure that my problem was solved and i walked out happy. Thank you for your kind service.
Absolutely flabbergasted with the quality of customer service. I’ve been to turkey 2 years ago and I couldn’t get prices like this there, and they do these prices in London, astonishing. This is my second order, but definately not the last one, they simply outclass their competition.
