   Very helpful lads running Starbuzz. Made an order online that was delivered next day with no issues. The pipe was better than expected and smoked very well. Happened to pass the store a few days later and picked up some more flavours. Best shop in North London for Shisha

   If you are outside the UK, avoid buying from them at all cost! I placed an order about 10 weeks ago if not longer. My order got canceled, but they haven’t refunded the money. Every email I send, they respond with a generic email. I filed a chargeback, but they challenged the chargeback by saying I didn’t communicate with them. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

   Popped in to buy new shisha, ended up spending well over £400 not because of their overselling ( doesn’t happen ) but only because everything they have is amazing. Wife told me it was the best shisha she had, ever - high quality tobaccos I’ve purchased together with shisha itself and heating management system made it. Would definitely pop in more often if they’d be closer to central London. On the other hand - they’re open 7/7 so next time I’ll fancy a relaxing ride I’ll definitely come over.
