I recently bought 4 liquids for £10. I tried a couple of them and they tasted strange. When I checked they were out of date (one by a few days but one by 18 months). When I checked the other two they were the same. I took them back and he only had one flavour of 3mg that was still in date. I ended up taking 2 of them and he gave me 3 of the 'not so out of date' ones. Cant make out if that was a fair deal or not as he was selling out of date ones much cheaper. Just check the dates when buying from there!
Went in to the vape shop on Tuesday the 21st of November buyed 2 vapes opened them both today and they both was burning I went back to the shop today explained to the owner what has happened and he said he can't swop the vape because apparently we Opened them yesterday when we opened them today when I asked for the email of the shop he gave me a false email address I will be contacting the C.E.O OF THE VAPE SHOP I will not be going back there again there is to many complaints about this vape shop the customer service is very bad does not know how to speak to customers with respect
Terrible customer service I am talking about the guy that works there with the strongest accent. I asked him to stop talking over me constantly as that's not how customer service works. He put a Coil in without telling me a price and then says its cheaper to get a box so did you not want to tell me this before. I've used this place from the first day it opened while I am his direct neighbour business to business the kid that works there that call his self your nephew needs a reality check full training in customer service and an attitude control.
HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT spend your money here. I paid for a vape, opened it in the store and it was burnt. The man (I’m assuming the owner) started arguing and yelling at me. He said he would not help me and did not care, saying “Just go! Get out of here!“
Excellent customer service in terms of customer care. Their attention to customers needs and desires is consistently great. Never once have I doubted their ability to meet the expectations of all of those who come through the doors - even if they hadn't had what you envisioned in stock at the time. Every time I walk out I feel I've been in good, honest hands. Brilliant. Big, BIG shout-out to the store manager, Jay. Genuinely nice bloke.
