I had a top that was damaged, i emailed the company and after 2 emails they did eventually get back to me and were very helpful. I got a new top very promptly and am happy in the end with their service! Thank you!
Echo what others have said about this company's shocking customer service and online buying experience. They don't reply and don't offer any solutions whatsoever. I feel like I've thrown my money away by making the mistake of engaging with this store. I'd strongly advise others to avoid this buying from Carrot Banana Peach.
Bought a few items from Carrot Banana Peach three weeks ago now and as a few don't fit, have tried to return them ever since. Filled in their "request for return form" online and then didn't hear back for nearly three weeks AT ALL. Emailed them to all e-addresses I could find online and send a message to what's app and tried calling, and NOTHING! No reply. So I am stuck with these items that don't fit without a refund, have already spent several hours trying to return this. I always try to support smaller a a bit more sustainable businesses, but with Carrot Banana Peach IT HAS NOT BEEN WORTH IT. Unbelievable, how this business can survive with zero costumer service?
One of the worst companies you can come across for customer service. I know this is an independent company so I didn't want to share my experience online but without still having received a refund, I'm fed up of the way I have been treated by the company. Firstly, I asked to return the shorts I brought because they were see-through. I was told that this couldn't be the case because they had been selling this material for 5 years and never had any issues before. I had to prove they were see-through by sending photos. Then then reluctantly agreed, so preceded to tell me that they could send a different pair out that were black, therefore wouldn't be see-through. I agreed, but this pair of shorts were sent to the wrong address and I didn't receive them. It took me a week to try to explain to the company that the address Royal Mail delivered to was not my address (they sent it to Liverpool, I live in Devon), and was even asked to "go round to the address" to see if the package was still there for me. When they finally realised their mistake, they offered to send the shorts out again but I told them I had enough and wanted a refund. They then tried to buy me off with a free pair of socks, to which I said I'd like a refund. That was 2 weeks ago and still no refund, despite having chased. Really awful customer service, product was ok I guess, not worth any where near £48. The shorts I buy from BAM are cheaper and not see-through. They provide much better customer service, so I will never buy from Carrot Banana Peach again.
Great products, but I had an issue getting money back after a return which was eventually sorted.
I recently got the Bamboo Fitness Bra and absolutely love it! The material is so soft and comfortable and it fits me perfectly. I love knowing that is comes from sustainable materials too. Definitely would recommend their products!
I have been trying to find environmentally conscious sports brands for a while now, and Carrot Banana Peach have been excellent start to finish. the products I bought (bamboo shorts, cotton shorts, bamboo tracksuit bottoms) have all been excellent quality and all perform just as well if not better than 'regular' sports clothing. The Bamboo is particularly soft on the skin, probably the best tracksuit bottoms I've owned (as a tennis coach this is a lot!). When an item I ordered was out of stock I was called straight away and offered an alternative with good personal advice. Order also arrived the next day in environmentally friendly packaging. Can't fault them really. Strongly recommend if you are after eco friendly active wear at a good price.
Just. So. Comfortable. I bought a set of their bamboo mens clothing & i love them already. Incredibly soft & warm yet cool and airy - they are perfect for yoga or general lounging. I shall be buying more!
