    Very clinical and white with bright lights. Like being trollied into A&E but there is a nice side to this store. The ex staff from Super drug Pharmacy in the Savers store and a few pharmacists that have the same level of customer service as the 1990s. Always being harassed by the store manager and the resident pharmacist who is always off sick cos she broke her arm. Dreadful security guard that is always on the toilet or on the phone to his lady wife leaving the staff and customers vulnerable when shoplifters are in. The lovely staff on the beauty department, especially EstΓ©e Lauder and Clinique are every knowledgeable are amazing.

    Never again...have t been inside this boots for a few years as I much prefer Superdrug on the opposite side...I had to go in because suoersrug didn't have in what I needed. Upon walking in literally within seconds a staff member started to follow me, when I looked back she would pretend she was tidying the shelves...I carried on perusing and she followed me again, I turned round and asked why she was following me, she said she wasn't, but she was. I mean I was dressed well and haven't got a hint of thief about me. I felt violated and really uncomfortable..so much so I left and I will not be returning!

    old woman today at the cashier at the till was very rude. told me to go to the self checkouts when i did tell her my student id was not working and then proceeded to say she can’t activate my id when i showed her my unidays app and student beans. she didn’t do anything and made me go to the self checkout. i would give her 0 stars if i could was so rude to me and the way she spoke. not happy at all with her. she was very clueless and couldn’t even see my id when it clearly said the date my id has expired and my college. she didn’t know how to use the till and was extremely rude. never had a boots experience like that and im appalled by that experience. and still made me go to the self checkouts and didn’t even bother to apologise or anything or even say have a ice day was just very rude

    Visited the opticians today having made an emergency appointment I couldn't have had better treatment anywhere. All the staff were very polite and extremely helpful. The optician I saw I couldn't thank enough Thanks to everyone

    Store staff make every young person feel like they've made a mistake entering the store. They watch you like hawks even if you don't look suspicious and you just happen to be young. I understand security, but at least be like Superdrug and be more lowkey about it or have more preventative measures instead of making your customers feel like criminals.

    Worst pharmacy ever better off to go to lloyds pharmacy next to Healey. Pharmacist is so helpful plus the have no issues with medicines supply.

    Visited for No. 7 lipstick replacement. Colour has been discontinued but staff member helped me find one closest to the colour of my old one. She was really friendly and helpful.

    Really rude service. It’s like staff have taken a vow of silence. I went to self check out and needed razor blades authorising so member of staff swiped her card to let it go through. I said thank you to her but no acknowledgment from staff member whatsoever. When I was walking out of exit she was just stood there with a face like she had just drank a glass of neat lemon juice. - no thanks for shopping or goodbye. In this day and age when it is a lot cheaper and easier to shop online you would think physical stores would up their service and make customers feel welcome. I had to ask myself what the point was of coming into town and paying for parking which made trip more expensive than shopping online. Will not be coming back to this branch of Boots again. I do hope the leadership team read this and address this with their staff and give them some training of how to interact with customers

    Took me 15 mins to find a body scrub as there all over the place self checkout lady totally ignored me when asked for help as the tills were having a mind of there own to top it off paper bag ripped on the way with 4 items weighing less then 2kg. Needless to say im never going back there again superdrug or amazon all the way
