   Went in there to buy a 18650 battery for my device. They apparently gave me a deal at 2 for £10. The batteries do not fit in my device because they are too long. 18650 means 18mm by 65mm. Even though these batteries state they are 18650, they are actually 2/3mm too long at 68mm in length. In essence they are selling dodgy and incorrectly marketed batteries. Make sure you take a tape measure when you buy from them.

   DO NOT GO HERE. They will brake you vape and then tell you even though it’s their fault they can’t do anything for you. Vape taken in for a coil replacement. After the replacement, the vape leaked and wouldn’t work. Took it back to be told that is was broken during the replacement but nothing could be done. The manager I dealt with kept saying that she didn’t want to take sides between the guy who replaced the coil and me, very strange. She then continued to tell me that it was a bad pen and I should just buy another one from them. Went around the corner to another vape shop, who fix the vape, for FREE. Wasted 20 mins + in here with no solution or any service. 5 mins in another shop the problem was fixed.

The customer service was excellent and even came here for opinions and suggestions on how to solve a leaking tank and the staff solved the issue and they didn't charge me for the time spent. The range of products is alright and I can always have an awesome recommendation on products to try. Recommend this shop to all my friends! Thank you.

   Lovely staff that have extensive knowledge of vapourizers. Despite the TPD laws, they have not increased their prices on items. Very nice selection of liquids and and devices. Very respectful and very nice to have a chat with. Wicked guys.
