   Private parking are very much on the ball, which is cruel as the signs on entry and around the place are unlit so if you turn into the car park outside of opening hours in the dark expect a £60 fine as you can't see anything saying otherwise. Instead, just go to the B&M, Food warehouse and Aldi round the back. You'll get all you want there anyway.

   Brilliant shop. Chantelle the checkout operator was excellent, so very helpful as was Kelly the manager who helped me to my car with the firewood. Great customer service experience from these two wonderful ladies, thank you so very much.

   Shocking. Shop was large and nice however paid a visit to the cafe in which looked like a bomb had hit it. 2 Rude young girls on the counter serving, asked for a bacon barm and got a “no bacon” followed by a smirk then asked for crumpets and got an answer “no crumpets” blatant rude no apology. Both had hairnets on but the hair hanging out at the front defeats the point of even wearing one. Visited on the 22/10/2025 at around 3pm. Both girls mainly stood around doing nothing whilst almost every table in the cafe was dirty, had dirty pots on it and numerous other people were saying how bad it was yet they refused to do anything. Hope action is taken against these girls as they have no customer service skills are just rude and lazy. Names on the reciept was Bethan and Amy

   1-6-2025 a cafe stop had a cappuccino, server was called Aimee very helpful greeted with a smile a credit to the company, not many places you can sit down with a large cappuccino for £1.79 definitely a return visit

   Queues tend to be quite long, rarely more than 2 till working. Also, only 1 divider for the conveyor, makes it awkward to unload shopping if there's a queue.

   This is not my local store but I've visited twice recently. It is smaller than my regular branch but I was with my son and we found everything we needed. The layout is good with everything easy to find. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great with excellent parking facilities and a Morrisons next door. It's a perfect stop-off on the route home from Bolton to Bury and visa versa. Yes, I do like this shop.
