Kirsty was absolutely lovely, she informed me of multiple flavours for my disposable vapes and even gave me information on a possible kit to come back for. I love the Watford branch
I was very pleased with my experience in this establishment. I have found with other vape shops such as wicked vapes and various bossmen the vapes were low quality and often I imagined what kind of communist chemicals they were putting into the devices but there was no such concern here as the products were good and genuine. I know this for a fact because the guy with the cool hair was very knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind in picking my new device, I believe he should be made a peer in the house of lords for his outstanding service and knowledge of vapes. *****
If you want vape liquid sold by awesome knowledgeable people,then go to VPZ. Not kidding, there is a reason why they exist as we all need help to evolve our vaping habits and I trust them to point me in the right direction and they have excellent deals. Didn't catch the name but 14/03/24 about 3pm the dude was really helpful and had great patience with me asking loads of questions a good few times, gave me advice with no difficulty, absolutely recommend (great prices and deals too)

This is, hands down, the best vape shop in Watford. The staff are friendly and super knowledgeable. The customer service is amazing, they will help fix any problems with your vape and are always happy to recommend vape products no matter how many questions you may have!
Was shocked when I asked if there was a tester for a liquid and the guy just opened a new bottle in front of me to smell and put it back on the shelf. Will not be buying anything from them if the seal has been broken! No the seal was broken in front of me and it wasn’t a double drip flavour it was an ohm baked short fill
