Thank you for your response. However, I completely disagree with the version of events you have described. I have been a regular customer at your Warrington store and have purchased many high-value items, including a PS5, PS4, Samsung tablet, iPhone 13, Google Pixel 6, S23 Ultra, straightener, Amazon Echo Dot, heater, and more. Out of all these purchases, I have only had issues with two items — including the remote-control car in question. If a product is faulty or has a design flaw, I believe I have every right to request a refund or replacement under your store policy. It is unfair to suggest that I should not shop at the store simply because I raised valid complaints. Furthermore, the staff member I dealt with was rude and dismissive during our conversation. His attitude made me feel uncomfortable, and his comment telling me not to buy from the store again was highly unprofessional. I also felt that his tone and behaviour towards me were discriminatory, which is unacceptable. I have always been a loyal customer, and I expect to be treated with respect and fairness. I request that you review this matter again and provide an appropriate resolution instead of refusing me service in the future. If you would like proof of my purchases, please email me, and I will be happy to provide copies of my receipts and bills.
Had a really disappointing experience at this branch. I bought two items on different days — both turned out to be faulty. When I tried to return them, the assistant manager were rude and unprofessional, even shouting at me in front of other customers. I also felt I was treated unfairly, which made the whole experience very upsetting. Definitely not the kind of service I expected. Just from that one staff all others are good

Very poor service. Collected my tablet on Saturday and just realised that the tablet is bent. Called the store up who advised me they will not assume responsibility for this. Considering that the pictures were taken its just abysmal for someone like me who works in customer services. Very unapologetic approach. Just poor

Absolutely shocking this franchise store is length of time from payment to delivery poor and slow , the delivery company they use shocking service ,staff on phone not interested now they got your money if you looking for good service try another store or another company if I could of given zero stars I would but had to give one minimum
