   Thank you to Luca, who I saw in store today. Luca was very knowledgeable about the products I needed to replace. I found this store by accident 6 weeks ago and now I am a frequent customer due to their incredible customer service and the quality of their products. The shop is wheelchair accessible as well. The staff are always polite, warm and friendly. Thank you for keeping your store a safe and welcoming place to get high end vaping products at a good price!!

   I recently visited the Guildford store for some advice about some vapes I had purchased elsewhere. Callum and Nick were most helpful and knowledgeable, I walked away feeling like I found a place that understood my needs and made me feel comfort asking daft questions. Subsequently I went back and bought myself a new vape and liquids with their assistance. They didn’t try to oversell me anything just gave great service…..I am now sold on them as my future provider.    What an amazing place. The two guys working Callum and Nick, have superb knowledge, very friendly and excellent customer service. The store has a great range of liquids and kits, plus their e-liquid offers are the best I've found in Guildford. I started buying disposables in the shop which had probably the best range in Guildford, consistent stock and the best price at 5 elf bars for £20. Not only do they have amazing service in store, I found them on deliveroo, which is great in a pinch and saves the cost of parking in town if I'm not heading there, and there's a big range to choose from too, including all the disposables. All in all, very impressed with the store, which is always clean and tidy, as well as the staff, who are always polite and know how to help every time I visit. Great job, keep it up.

   This shop is great. The staff are very welcoming, helpful & knowledgeable. They never rush you & give you the time to talk through the products before you buy.
