The guys who work here are very friendly, attentive and ready to help. Whether it's printing documents, fixing a phone, changing the glass on a phone and even in the matter of choosing a device. Always, as soon as you enter the shop , you are always greeted with a smile.
Fantastic vape shop the guys in the shop are all really helpful and polite They have a wide range of knowledge on all the different types of liquid and vape items in the shop if you are a beginner or a season pro they will always point you in the right direction They also do phone repairs and for other items for a good price as well Would recommend this shop if you are local to the area or just a 1 off visit if you need something

Really, chill place, the staff are always really nice. Had to update my review because of my recent visit. Went in today to explore more vapes, and the guybthere was great, showed me loads of stuff and found me the perfect device, and then explained everything and took the time to get me set up. Would go here over ay other place.
bought a Caliburn A2 POD system from here a few months ago and it was great until it wasnt and started overheating when charging and then fully stopped working. Took it back and was told I could only buy a new one at £15 instead of £25... REALLY!!!! the goods are faulty and its my loss. Will go back to Totally Wicked now at least they look after their customers. Strongly recommend you shop elsewhere for your vapes or hope that yours dont break within a few month. Real shame as I liked the vape.... when it worked!!!
Wonderful guys work here. New vape can be a stressful experience if the tips keep leaking on you. Today went to this shop with 3 leaking tips and the person working there didn't hesitate to give me a replacement box (x3 tips inside). Also explained to me in the most honest and decent way possible that this shouldn't be happening and that I shouldn't worry when filling them. There's no top marks or special ways to fill it. Just a faulty batch. Put my mind straight to ease. And this is just a personally stressful instance as I wanted to smoke. I now know exactly what's going on. And regarding other instances they've always been polite and upmost helpful without a single fail. Truly great experience every time.
