Worst service, very rude and unprofessional deputy manger, made us feel like we are there for free, not helpful. And the cigar condition in the humidor is not the best. Moreover, not good food.
Went for a night smoke solo. From walking into the door until I left, the service was AMAZING! The mocktail selection was good and the food was even better. Can't wait to visit again!

Fantastic place! Always a warm welcome from all the staff, I’ve never stayed personally but I can imagine it’s fantastic. When I’m in London I always visit to have a cigar! One of the best humidors around with plenty to choose from. All staff will tell you about each cigar and will recommend one if you can’t make your mind up, I forget the gentleman’s name but he’s always greeted me as if I’m a regular. Amazing cigar selection and great atmosphere
On vacation and on the hunt for an amazing cigar experience, I (fortunately) found the Cigar Terrace. My server, David (from Hungary) was also my cigar maitre d who assisted me in locating a wonderful Cohiba. With a cut & light, I relaxed on their outdoor patio in an luxurious leather chair while I enjoyed several, cold London Pride beers. Meanwhile my Wife & Daughter sat indoors at the bar and had their own, amazing dining experience. The staff was friendly, the food was scrumptious and the service was the best I have experienced in London. We’ll be staying at the hotel the next time we’re in town!
Absolutely amazing experience! The attendants and staff were delightful and very knowledgeable. The outdoor space was set up to permit privacy without limiting your street view via glass and a metal barrier. I loved the bees knees cocktail, but they offer a large range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to choose from.
This place is amazing with a wonderful atmosphere and beautiful decor! The cigar list is incredible with a very nice menu for food and alcohol! The service is impeccable! It is surprisingly quiet considering it's right next to Brompton Road
I’m a regular here because the customer service is exceptional. Every time I go they do not fail to impress. The moment you walk in you are welcomed and throughout your stay everyone is so helpful. The cigar lounge is pretty swanky with comfortable chairs and heaters. There is also a fireplace. The beer is top quality from Estonia. A good range of cigar choices and the staff are knowledgeable if you want recommendations. They offer to cut and light the cigars which is a nice touch. Highly recommend.
