Purchased 2 marching Glockenspiels from the store through Facebook Marketplace. Customer service from start to finish was second to none. They went out of their way to help with delivery and constant updates. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Wouldn't recommend. I have used this shop 3 times to do a buy bk and seemed to have no issues. Last time I put my xbox s in for 1 night and went and got it bk the next day got it out to find the power lead isnt with it. I rang the shop to ask if maybe they had just forgot to put it bk in the bag after checking if it switched on. The guy was rude and so dismissive saying it was put bk in the box even though I explained it wasn't taken in a box it was in a bag. Now I have pay to get a new power lead I definitely wont be going in this shop again.
Bought an xbox controller docking station on a Wednesday. I only got round to setting it up for my daughter on Saturday, only to find it had no battery with it. I looked online to see if I could buy just a battery pack, but they mostly mostly come with a charging station or are the same price separately. I went into the store and spoke to the same girl who sold it to me. I explained the battery wasn't with it, do you have any or can I get a refund please? Not after 48hrs she said! Oh but I can sell it to them for half what I paid! The customer relations are just non existent
Was browsing outside the shop. Then i went into the shop to see if the item i was after was inside and couldn't see it. So i went to the counter and i must of been good few minutes waiting whilst she was on her phone... didn't wonna be rude you know. In the end i just walked out Rude member of staff!
