I recently visited VPZ in Sutton and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Tanya and made to feel welcomed. What really stood out to me, however, was the level of customer service that I received. Tanya was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and services on offer, and she went out of her way to answer all of my questions and provide me with the information I needed to make informed decisions. Throughout my visit, I felt like I was being given personalized attention , and Tanya was always willing to take the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. Overall, I would highly recommend VPZ to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.
Needed some new juice. I explained to guy in the store what I needed. Was very helpful and showed me what was the best juice for me. Even signed me up for a loyalty card which was much appreciated. Very helpful would recommend.
