   Vile attitude, poor attention to detail, stone cold scummy service. You were genuinely belittling. To anyone who reads this: Take your custom anywhere else if you can. Im actually appalled by the contentious and scummy attitude of this place. Had a racket re-strung as a gift and asked for a specific string and colour. Went to collect and realised it was white instead of orange. They stared at me blankly as i asked it they would mind re-doing it with the correct string since they didnt make a note of my request "as I thought we only had orange in stock..." Then to be told "cant you just ask him, most people dont care what colour the string is anyway" And then im made to feel like im the problem for asking them to do what i had originally requested. Went to collect and received no apology for thr inconvenience or the way I was treated. Just a genuinely gross place to go.

   I have just had my Babolat tennis racket restrung here and am delighted with the result. Ian was very knowledgeable about stringing and my racket is back to being as responsive as when it was new. Excellent service and a great range of rackets if you're looking for a new one!

   Was recommended to visit Club Rackets after having some issues with my current stringer. Ian has done a great job stringing my Wilson Ultra and will be using his services for the foreseeable. In regards to the shop overall it's pretty impressive, it has plenty of racket options from all of the well known brands providing plenty of choice, plenty of bags and other equipment too. If you like tennis I highly recommend visiting the shop as it's a players dream with the services and products on offer.

   I got sent a link to this place by a work colleague which was great because I didn't even know it existed, a decent size shop with plenty of stock for all your racket based sports including clothing & footwear, asking for advice from people who seem to know their products is also a big plus. Parking is a bit of a pain near by at sometimes so if you are going at a weekend you might have to drive around waiting to jump in a space but don't let this put you off a visit

   Used Club Rackets for re stringing 2 rackets and purchasing a Kawasaki badminton racket. Good range of badminton equipment with a fair price and quick following day re stringing service. New premises are better than before with more space, however, parking can be a problem in the street. Never the less, recommend this company for all sports fanatics.

   Had four rackets from here, and only one was suitable. Wouldn’t let me refund or resell to him, bit of a shame since I now have three rackets which I can’t play with. I would avoid buying any rackets of him and just test them for a good while.
