   Great service from Ryan at this shop, makes an effort to figure out what you like and helps get you stuff that works for you. As disposable vapes are making their way out, it's really handy to have someone who knows what coils work with what, compatible pods for each product. Usually cheaper than corner shops and you don't have to worry about fake liquid!

   I come to this store for my vapes despite many cheap competitors in the area for the customer service. Ryan is very knowledgeable and helpful, always taking the time to explain things and help me secure the best deal. I have even been recommending this branch to friends.

   Andrei was a pleasure , helped me find what I was looking for . As a matter of fact , I came in to the store with no idea about anything but I left the store reassured and confident in my new device and understood everything there was to understand about mods and e liquids. I was given a plethora of options , from disposables to pocket sized units. Real pleasure , great service , will be back !

   I went to this shop for the first time 1 year ago when I gave up smoking and continue to buy from there every week. The guys in there are friendly, knowledgable and always happy to help and give really good advice without just trying to hard sell to you. I probably wouldn’t still be smoke free if it wasn’t for them, everything they’ve always recommended is on point for me and I’m grateful I can always go in there with any vape related query without being made to feel like a nuisance. I can’t recommend them highly enough

   Avoid at all costs. These guys buy the cheapest coils from god knows where. I've bought two packs of 5 and 9 were duds. The guy told me to contact him If it happens again, I did and they don't reply. Save your money and buy online from a good source.

   Always my go to place for vape juice. Iv switched to elfbar refill and its 3£ cheaper than in wimbledon and 1£ cheaper than Manchester. And always have what I need in stock.Well done guys.

   Walked in there recently to find a new vape for my partner. Ryan was extremely helpful and told us about the different values. He didn't try and sway us to the higher priced ones and just gave us his genuine opinion. Very friendly and a joker. Will definitely be going back there

   Have a smok coil, which struggling to replace. Popped in here to buy an alternative if they dont do a replacement. And to buy some liquid. Both staff members far to interested in building a coil (oh the irony!) To give me any attention. Took several minutes to get any acknowledgement from the 2 staff members. Further 5 minutes for 1 of them to find the interest in going to the stores to get my liquid. And gave no help whats so ever on my coil issue after asking 2 or 3 times. Paid for the liquid and left. Ever other store ive ever been to gives advice and shows enthusiasm. This store has 0 customer service. I would strongly recommend if you are new to vaping or after advice dont visit this store.
