Ordered a fairly short notice wedding bouquet (I think about a month beforehand). I don't know very much about flowers and am not very opinionated, I think the only thing I gave was that I liked spiky flowers. Rachel did an excellent job, the bouquet was perfect (and the price was reasonable).
