   Awful customer service, screamed and shouted at down the phone. Paid 60£ for a bouquet, arrived not as the picture online. Flowers are unopened and brown leafs are eaten by bugs. The delivered picture has been edited to brighten the flowers via the shop themselves. Had to take the flowers back to the shop was told the manager would be in touch, then received a nasty phone call. With no refund. Also the shop still has the flowers that have been taken back. Avoid this place.

   Just bought the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for my friend from Daisy Chain. She had a selection of gorgeous bouquets in every colour. I chose a bouquet in a box, my friend was made up with it. The prices were very affordable and the mixes of flowers and presentation of the bouquets are so much nicer than supermarkets. Customer service was excellent, the lady helped me to pick out the perfect bouquet. I would recommend this shop 100% and will definitely be using it in future when buying flowers.
