   Staff are not helpful at all, if they get an item from store room check it as it will be a more expensive brand and not what you asked for. If you ask a question they have no knowledge and wont check stock of other stores avoid AD order on line from else where.

   I find the staff incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me given I am relatively new to fishing after many years lay off. Sadly and recently I was informed of a staff member that had passed away and I want to pass my condolences to his family and friend and all of the staff, he was a really nice guy who I found so helpful, I am gutted such a sad loss to everyone. RIP

   Well stocked tackle shop. If your buying maggots take your maggot tub as only use paper bags to supply maggots in now to help the environment. Huge range of bait for all fishing styles. Frozen bait for pike fishing Huge carp range of baits Upstairs you have carp bivvy’s,beds and much more. Massive range of rods from sea fishing to carp. Whips and poles Great staff that will help with locations to fish and advice on anything fishing Gas for stoves

   Customer service is poor at this store had 2 brand new bivvys which broke 1st use and wouldn’t refund for infill panel which is useless now. Then called up to reserve a new bivvy to collect in 2 hours and got told had to be their in 1/2 hour else wouldn’t reserve. Some staff are great their but a couple need extra training in customer service.
