   I recently ordered flowers from this place - which I have done for some time and for many people - to be delivered to my ex-partner on behalf of her daughter. During my visit to the shop, I shared some personal details relevant to the order in good faith, trusting that this information would remain private, although it was taken out of context and was actually a jokey comment made under my breath. I was shocked to later learn that the staff here disclosed what I had said directly to my ex-partner. This is a serious breach of confidentiality and completely unprofessional. A florist dealing with sensitive, personal gestures like this should understand the importance of discretion and trust. Their actions caused unnecessary distress and turned what was meant to be a thoughtful gesture into an uncomfortable situation. I would strongly advise anyone using this business to be cautious about what personal information they share, as professionalism and respect for customer privacy do not seem to be priorities here, or instead to just not use them at all - I will not do and anyone I know will not either, I know many people.

   Came into the store today for a bouquet for sister after receiving beautiful flowers in the past from husband from here. Was greeted with quite poor customer service. I had visited a few months back and received similar treatment and chalked it down to someone having a bad day. However, it’s safe to say I won’t be returning here. I asked for £50 bouquet, and was told it was fine and it would be 10 minutes. I had nowhere to go so I said I wouldn’t mind just hanging about until it’s ready. She proceeded to make the bouquet in a rushed manner and was really unfriendly and abrupt when speaking to me. Another customer walked in and she was chatty with them. They commented that she was really fast and she replied ‘well am under abit of pressure’ which made me feel as if I was pressuring her by being around. I also felt the flowers picked weren’t value for money compared to some other places I have brought flowers from. The bouquet was pretty small for price and they didn’t have much choice instore. I paid when she handed me the flowers but was actually really unhappy with them - however at the point, didn’t want to ask for anything else from her. Just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. It’s a shame really. Left feeling disappointed with the service and flowers.

   The Diddibox team created the bouquet of dreams. I had brought flowers from them before and they were recommended by our venue stylist and they did not disappoint! The flowers were beautiful with all the pops of colour we asked for. Would highly recommend!
