Company about to close? No accounts posted for last year. About to be struck off? Poor quality products: wrong design, wrong colour & size. Delays with door deliveries and tradesmen to finish off kitchen. So many issues.
Removal of negative reviews to boost rating. This shows who you are dealing with. Wrong kitchen design supplied, poor quality finish to doors, wrong paint colour and wrong sized doors. We had to chase the owner to proactively provide updates following delays on delivery and tradesmen's attendance. The list goes on but just to say I don’t recommend this company.
I had a kitchen disigned and fitted by yourselves 6years ago and have been thoroughly impressed by it. Recently my built in dishwasher started to leak and after having no success getting a plumber I rang you. The problem was fixed within a few days and once again thank you for your help. 1st class after sales service which is why I've given 5 stars.
Don't use this bunch of cowboys, the showroom looks good but that's about it. My elderly parents chose a kitchen from here and were assured everything would be done to the highest quality, with nothing else for them to do. What a mistake, they came and ripped out the kitchen leaving my parents who are in their 80's with no water or electricity downstairs for 2 weeks. Workmen were hit and miss and didn't show up when they were supposed to. After 2 weeks my mum who at this point was extremely upset called into the showroom to ask when things would get moving. Only to be met with a shower of insults and abuse from Jimmy. Saying what's your problem, you can use the bathroom for water and you have got the microwave in the living room ? The owner Steve turned up days later saying we will get it sorted and please "DON'T LEAVE US A BAD REVIEW" which was all he was concerned about. But my mum by this time was too scared to have these people in her home. Also as they hadn't turned up previously then she didn't think they would again. The quality of the work they actually did was awful, the plastering I could have done better. He also had the cheek to empty his van full of rubbish and an old door into my parents' skip .This was 2 weeks before Christmas. Thankfully a reputable company installed the kitchen after seeing the mess that had been left. So my parents paid in full to be left with a mess like this for weeks and kitchen units which the quality was cheap, with bits missing. No doubt now they have a truthful review. They will remove this Google page and start a fresh one, as it seems that's what they do. Ask yourself why only 7 reviews for people that have been trading for years. My mum was too scared to leave a review but I don't want to see anyone else being ripped off. So this is my review if there is any further contact to my elderly parents about this review I will contact the police.
Went to see kitchens today with a view to needing a bespoke design and full kitchen.. we were shouted at from across the showroom very rudely by a smartly dressed cars salesman. We were not even greeted - proceeded to leave immediately. Wouldn’t bother!
We visited the Kitchen company showroom with a few pictures and ideas and asked them if they could provide something like the look we wanted. From the outset they offered us not only what we wanted but options and choices using their creativity, experience and expertise but never pushing us to have anything that we didn’t want. On our numerous visits to the showroom we were always given a warm welcome and were given time to work out the details of our kitchen. In October the kitchen was fitted and we could not be happier with the result and the workmanship of Paul, Phil and Jim. Steve, Jimmy, David and all of the Kitchen company team have given us a kitchen that other companies could not create. They respected our budget whist maintaining their high standards and quality.
