   An absolutely amazing and memorable day! Flying the Tiger Moth is in itself truly a dream come through. But the utterly heartwarming welcome and caring by the pilot and the magnificent ladies and gents in the groundcrew at the ”Dispersal hut” is stunning. The whole family was looked after and cared for in a lovely manner. It was just a totally perfect day.

   An absolutely spiffing experience piloting a RAF De Havilland Tigermoth for an hour in the skies above York. The ground crew are so welcoming and took care of the whole family for an immersive 1940's experience. Cups of tea, photos and then a wealth of knowledge from an enthusiastic pilot. This is a great spot just to sit and enjoy the comings and goings of the airfield. But getting behind the controls is a true privilege and a trip back through time. Great to know that part of the cost goes to the RAF benevolent fund too.

   If you want a spot on experience this is it. Alan the owner and all the crew are very welcoming and my pilot Steve Fisher explained everything.I did fly the Tiger Moth for most of the time and really enjoyed every minute. You can dress up in RAF gear and take photos and have a coffee ☕️ and biscuits. There's a cafe also serving alcohol (after your flight) if you like. I will be back again to The Tiger Moth Experience at Sherburn ...

   Wonderful Experience from beginning to end. Booked two flights for brother in law and myself. Everybody, ground crew team and pilots alike where great. Friendly, good fun, but very professional in all aspects. The Scramble office is very authentic and a lovely extra touch. We will certainly be visiting again, hopefully very soon. Looked at nearer options for Tiger Moth flights, but so very pleased I settled on choosing the Tiger Moth Squadron Experience. An added bonus is their support of RAF Charities. Highly recommended without any hesitation. Many thanks to everyone involved.

   Had and absolute blast. I have done a few experiences over the years and this sits at the top. The communication with Alan was great, nothing was to much trouble. Fab start when the volunteers who do a sterling job welcome you into the 1940s Hut, it really sets the mood. Then after a while you get flight ready and a brief with the pilot and “Chocks Away”. I even had some control time which wasn’t expected but great fun. All over far to quickly. Thanks you to Alan and his Team.
