   Angie is the most lovely and charming person who looked after us . She knows her job so well and is so obliging in helping with our enquiries. Nothing is ever too much bother for her, having visited her several times. The staff answering the phone and welcoming us as we arrive were very helpful and polite. About the best customer service I have cone across.

   I had Wren replace my kitchen a couple of months ago, they mis-measured the ceiling drop under the stairs and their fitter didnt catch it either, which means the design no longer fits. The sales staff pushed it off to aftercare and the support team refused to even aknowledge the issue. Im now left with a half finished kitchen and in the process of doing a chargeback with the bank. All i wanted is for them to come up with a similar design that fits and book in a fitter to resolve the ounstanding issues.

   After wanting a new kitchen for a while... and affordability was an issue... Wren wasn't high up on my list, as I always thought that they were too expensive for my budget. How wrong I was, I called into the Warrington store as there was a sale on, still thinking that they would be out of my range but to my delight my perfect kitchen was VERY affordable! The staff are extremely helpful.... asked me my budget and designed my perfect kitchen to within budget and also price matched some appliances..... I highly recommend Wren.

   We had shopped around looking for a new kitchen. Nothing jumped out at us, product wise or service wise. That all changed when we went to the Wren showroom at Warrington. We were genuinely spoilt for choice. We finally selected the kitchen that we wanted, and the Wren designer set about designing it for us. Nothing was too much trouble, we were allowed to change things until it was exactly what we wanted. It was soon delivery day, the guys turned up when they said they would, and treated our home with care and respect, putting everything where we asked them too. The kitchen cabinets are of a very high quality, much better than others that we looked at. Thank you so much Wren Kitchens. We are extremely happy with our kitchen and the service that we received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to friends and family. Thanks again.

   I ordered my new Wren kitchen after looking around all of the suppliers within my area. I found Wren to be very helpful, professional and very competitively priced. Delivery was on time and, again, very professional. I am completing the installation myself, from flat pack and, therefore, the very thorough unit assembly and installation guides have proved to be invaluable. I had a couple of issues; one with a faulty 'soft close' base unit mechanism and I found that the number of cabinet hinges delivered was short by a small number. When I reported this to Wren's customer service centre they were brilliant. No quibbling, no doubting, no charges and very helpful. The parts delivered in two days. Wren should be proud of their business.

   Dreadful business would not advice anyone to buy or fit these kitchens. Customer care services are also terrible poor responses slow to reply. Telephone lines are rubbish never got through 66 people in the queue before me. My doors have all bubbled had them replaced awaiting a missing door. Different design to my original style not explained to me. Also expected to pay £1400 to an independent fitter for a fault that has 25 year guarantee. Took me ages to find a fitter that would touch Wren products. Been awful experience, wanted to treat myself to a new kitchen turned into years of sleepless nights nightmare.

   From the design, to our inevitable changes, to the delivery, everything ran very smoothly. And when we found out that we did not have enough cornice rail ordered, and a decor end short, no problem, these were supplied free of charge. Excellent after care service you just do not see every day. We have had the kitchen now for a few months, and are really pleased with the quality and look. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

   We have had a superb experience with Wren Kitchens. We developed a great rapport with our designer, Adam Sargeant at the Warrington branch, who guided us through the process from start to finish. Adam was so helpful and knowledgeable of the products which made selecting what we wanted a total pleasure. We made numerous amendments to our kitchen design and nothing was too much trouble for him, he is a credit to the company. Thank you Adam! The delivery was on time and very efficient. Everything was unloaded perfectly by two very polite and hardworking young men. We used an independent fitter, but even they commented to say they love fitting Wren Kitchens. We are so happy with the quality of everything and are so pleased with our new kitchen. 10/10!
