Absolutely first class service from Willowfield Bespoke. Katherine and Rob were amazing from start to finish. They worked seamlessly with our designer to create the bar design and it’s better than we expected. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The fitters Andy and Mike were brilliant and incredibly tidy. We had someone round to measure up for a fitted wardrobe. Nearly 2 months on and we have heard nothing back. Even sent a follow up message to see if there was any update on the quote and still nothing. Very disappointing.
I am not the type to normally write a review, but I felt the need to based on working with this company over the past 12 months. From our experience we can say the following: They can handle large projects. We were concerned at the start due to the size of the project we handed over but they exceeded all expectations. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing is a hassle. They add value to a project by being able to come up with the most amazing designs (the CAD designs are out of this world) and ideas. Their attention to detail is exactly what you need when expecting a high-level product and they do not disappoint. The finished product is nothing short of stunning and incredible! Love my new media unit which really finishes the room off. Everyone who comes to the house complements it. It looks exactly like the 3D design Rob did for us. We’re made up.
Really impressed with the design and quality of our new dressing room furniture. The finished result is better than I could have imagined and really makes the most of the space available in our awkwardly shaped room. The team were a pleasure to work and we look forward to them coming back and completing further projects for us.
We are thrilled with our new kitchen. Katherine and Rob really listened to what we wanted and gave us some ideas that we hadn't thought about to better utilise the space and fit in a hidden pantry - which I had always wanted but wasn't sure would be possible.
