   Fabulous range of worktops and spacious showroom upstairs displaying examples of units, worktops and flooring. All the staff are really friendly and welcoming. The advice we received whilst choosing our worktops really helped us make our decision. Tracey went above and beyond by helping us to identify the source of some bar stools they have in their display as we want to purchase these too for our new kitchen. Would highly recommend worktop express for their range, value and customer service.

   Would recommend this company to everybody, when We first entered showroom, so clean and friendly, We thought oh dear got the wrong one, these are going to be out of our range financially how wrong we were, price wise great, choice great. Help and advice from lovely young lady on reception great, quality great, can’t fault this company in any way. P.S. this review is genuine from a pair of oap,s who got the help and advice needed.    Went to look at worktops and units. Nobody asked if we needed any help or anything at all I had a look round and left. Not one person spoke. I'll buy from elsewhere now.

   Bought several worktops from this company, all supplied as expected. However, I purchase several bathroom worktops some 1500 x 340, some 2000 x 340mm, each time told a two man lift, (currently at £30) and each time, watched a single person, get out the van, and carry the item to the door. Complained, and told it is a two man lift. Cover your costs, but don’t rip customers off!

   Just finished installing my work tops, 2mm bow across the work top as seen in the pre oiled picture and post oiled picture, tried to get some help from customer service at worktop express... no help, the usual blame game, did you do this... do you do that... originally gave worktop express a 3 star rating on trust pilot, but since dealing with customer service I can't in good faith give them any higher than 1 star

   Don't bother, spend your money elsewhere! Tried to order some worktops from Worktop Express Warrington showroom and for delivery they won't bring the worktops to the first floor of my building (using lift or stairs) so I can carry them inside due insurance purposes. So they'd need to leave them on the ground floor where the lobby is and the worktops won't be safe to leave in the lobby till my partner gets in from work in the evening. They can't do anything other than a whole day delivery window and I don't have anyone available to help me bring the worktops upstairs during the day apart from a single day where we would need to pick them up from the showroom in a hired van in the morning. Due Covid they aren't letting anyone collect from the showroom but they'll let you inside the showroom to browse their range while staff aren't even wearing masks to protect customers. Ridiculous that they can deliver to your door of your house but can't allow you to collect from the showroom/warehouse where they'd had a delivery of the product I needed a couple of days before the visit. The worktops are 3 metres long so 2 people can easily carry them outside and put them on the ground where we can then pick them up and load them into the hire van and do social distancing at all times. But this isn't acceptable. Wouldn't bother with this company who are inflexible and staff don't want to find a solution to help. Take your money elsewhere. I've tried to place a review on Trustpilot and Worktops Express have flagged it as a fake so I've attached the business card with the name of the product (Colmar Oak) that Tracey their sales assistant gave me as evidence of my visit.

   Showroom visit just to look was so thorough and informative we purchased. Full explanation of required maintenance given. Worktops arrived exactly as promised. We are so delighted with the finished product. Our builders fitted them and we followed to the letter the oiling instructions. Would recommend the company for cost, service and excellent showroom presentation and sales staff. Thank you from Peter & Olga.
