Very weird service, the owner seemed determined to prove how cool she was. She then managed to measure all the fabric the wrong length, probably because she was rushing and trying so hard to be funny, and then charged a fortune for the fabric. Was really hoping to use this as a local fabric shop but will absolutely avoid.

I would never recommend anyone using this business as I have just waited 18 months to successfully serve a CCJ on her. Reply to owner. Updated. People don’t win court cases without evidence. Something you lacked due to the lies you tell. I’m also an excellent customer and pay for my products/orders, unlike you. I had to take you, the only person I have ever taken to court, for not giving me my money back for items not being made. Once again, 2 judges ruled in my favour based on evidence proven in a court. The court saw through your evidence, or lack of it, hence why I won. The truth won. The joke about assault too! I suggest you understand what that entails. Another reason the judges will have seen through you as clearly no evidence there either. Police took no action as all 3 of YOU ( 2 of which attacked me ) acknowledged that no one was hit! I hope customers read this and take heed about using your shop. Once again, a Court ruling is not fabrication about me winning without sufficient evidence to prove my case. Also, karma works both ways. I triumphed as the Court ruled in my favour through evidence, you will surely get your ‘karma’ as it works in reverse also, so I’m sure plenty of karma will be coming your way. Good luck.

Great little shop, such a wide range of sewing and knitting products, and anything you can't find the lovely owner will try and get for you. Had my machine serviced by this lady and along with using the cottons that she recommended and uses herself, the problem I had of the cotton jamming in the machine and breaking needles so far has been fixed. The cottons she recommended are great, have to be the best I've used. Would definitely recommend a visit when it is safe to do so. There is also a website wherr you can purchase items and it also offers delivery. This shop is so handy, right on my doorstep literally and I'm sure there are plenty of dressmakers, knitters and wannabees that will find it very convenient, friendly and a must. Can't praise the owner enough on her willingness to help and customer care.
