   My daughter loves going to nursery! She's always happy and excited to see the team. The staff are very helpful, kind and caring to all of the children, and they are always striving to creat new environments and experiences for the children. We would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a nurturing and educational environment for their child.

   Both my children attend New Moon Nursery & I couldn’t recommend it highly enough! The nursery has such a family feel, a friendly atmosphere and the staff are always approachable and professional. My children love nursery days, and are so happy and excited to share their stories of their days activities when I pick them up. They have both learnt and developed so much during their time here and I’m grateful for the effort all the staff put into making their nursey journey so loving, stimulating and worthwhile. I have always felt reassured and confident that my children are safe and happy.

   Absolutely wonderful nursery. My daughter started at 8 months in the baby room and has loved attending ever since. They have matched the keyworkers based on personality matches and needs but all the staff are great and supportive. Highly recommended.

   Our little guy loves New Moon. The staff are all very friendly and the nursery is well equipped with fresh home cooked meals and plenty of age appropriate toys and activities. When we pick him up, he has a good natter in the car... We have no idea what he's saying, but it does feel like he's telling us all about his day. Strongly recommend.

   My daughter has being coming to this nursery for a couple of months now, and I couldn't be happier with how she's getting on. She has come on so much, made new friends as well as a great relationship with the staff. I'd give 5 stars to each member of staff for their hard work, determination, patience, love and care they have for my child.

   I couldn’t think of a better place to send my little boy, he settled here so quickly to the point where he didn’t want to come home. The inside of the nursery and each room is beautiful, I was recommended this nursery by a parent who child attended this nursery but I’d already made my own mind up that I was sending him here when we had our look around. The staff are really friendly & approachable. My little boy has such a good bond with his key worker and the other staff. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for somewhere to send their child

   I can’t recommend this Nursery enough, both my children have attended since they were 7 months old. All the staff are so helpful, friendly and truly care about all of the children. I viewed many nurseries before I chose New Moon and I just love the personal, family feel which they have. Absolutely amazing place xx

   When my child joined this nursery everything seemed okay, my boy has been poorly for a week now so kept him off and got him a covid test before returning. I told the lady this morning and she was very snotty with me. I then missed a phone call today, it knowing it wasn't nursery. I didn't receive a voicemail explaining why they rang. We went and collected him and he was in girls trousers which was too small and still wearing his wet pants that he had an accident in. When my boy started nursery I left a pair of trousers and pants their just incase of any accidents. I haven't received anything back so why wasn't they used today when he had an accident.. We was 10 minutes late due to a appointment running late and got told we will get charged next time cause someone had to stay over to look after him. We have never picked him up late before we have always been early.
