I would 100% recommend Kids Planet nursery. My son attended pre-school and absolutely loved every day. The staff are great and really passionate about what they do. They go above and beyond for the children. I felt at ease knowing that my son is safe and well looked after while I was at work. The facilities are also superb.
Terrible customer experience when we arranged to visit. Dropped our visit at last minute via email late in the day and then told they have no spaces left for months. Understand they can be busy but it was discourteous and unprofessional since they have since chased us. We tried numerous times to speak to them on the phone and never once managed to get hold of anyone. If they can't call or communicate professionally I couldnt consider using their services for my child.
My daughter has been attending Hillside Whitwood for the last 18 months and she loves it! The staff are all really friendly and helpful and always have a great attitude. I was worried about her starting as she is very fussy with food and nursery has helped to ease her into eating. Her key workers have been great and always kept us up to date with her progress. Would highley recommend to anyone!
My daughter has been attending Hillside @ the Whitwood site since she was 8 months old and she loves it, the staff are amazing, caring and have the children’s interests at the centre of everything they do. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my daughter to attend!
My daughter has been attending Whitwood Hillside nursery for a couple of months now. She loves going and has gained a lot of friends whilst being there. The activities the staff do with the children are brilliant and my daughter can not wait to get in most days to take part. The nursery has a great range of open ended resources and celebrate all sorts of festivals, religious celebrations etc and do great activities based around them. They use a good software to update parents about children’s progress and it is great to get notifications popping up to tell me what my daughter has been up to, what she’s eaten, what level she’s working at. I recently paid a visit to hillside as a guest for the project people who help. My job is a lollipop lady which I've done for many yrs. What a joy it was in fact it was a privilege to get invited to a nursery run so professionally all the staff were brilliant with the children I asked questions the children were very engaging and they even did every child a certificate. They even presented me with a box of chocolates which was a lovely touch I was almost in tears. I've been to other nurseries and I must say this is the best I've been to absolutely lovely
