I am from Canada and stop in whenever I am in England. I recently had the pleasure of being served twice now by Rox. She is by far the best associate I have dealt with. She went above and beyond to help me. Giving the best advice on the products that you sell. Her personality is delightful. Happy and smiling and very friendly, in my honest opinion Rox deserves a raise and a promotion. I will gladly recommend this vape shop in Bromley to everyone. Recieved vape not as described. This wasn't apparent until opened. Customer service said item was wrongly described on their website and were only willing to replace item after they received the return (leaving me without an item I paid for next day delivery on). I.would have to pay for return but they would refund later (unacceptable that I should have to pay again for postage when the mistake is theirs). Alternatively, I could go to a store to exchange, again having to pay for petrol and parking for their mistake. Would not recommend!
Been to various vape shops in my life, never experienced the high level of customer service I received as I wondered into Evapo this evening (16/01/2024). Nathan, the customer technician, was helpful from start to finish, asking all the important questions, budget, size of preferred vape device, juice flavours preferred, the extent to which I vape, etc. Walked out with a great device that suits me, with some delectable flavours to try, of which I am certain will continue me on my journey of remaining a non-smoker. Evapo have an asset with Nathan on their team. Thank you.

Appalling Service from Jay - Despite having a loyalty points card and being a regular customer he refused to serve me on the basis that I didn’t have an ID on me. Even though my girlfriend provided her ID he still refused to serve me - he said we both have to have IDs on us. What a joke of customer service and I drove all the way from Crystal Palace. Disgusting person and it reflects on the shops policy as well.
