I order roses through interflora with a delivery slot between 8-12 and they sent whatever flowers and at 15 o'clock
I visited wild bunch for a gorgeous bunch of flowers for the arrival of my nephew. The process was very consultative, they really took the time to consider my requirements and helped me imagine my design and bring it to life, exceeding my expectations!! The delivery was quick and easy with no issues! The display was gorgeous!!! I would recommend to anyone looking to celebrate a special event!

Twice now I have received flowers as a gift from this shop. Both times some of the flowers were already wilting after being bought a few hours earlier, and within 5 days, most of the flowers were dead. I have asked my partner not to buy flowers from here again as I'm sure they weren't cheap!
I ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered to my wife last week. I paid £68, of which the actual flowers were £55.00 . They arrived, I was very disappointed. I had bought a bunch the week before from Sainsbury at £15 for my Mother, the £55 bunch delivered from the Wild Bunch was far poorer than the £15 Sainsbury bunch, I wont be going back there. I emailed the Wild Bunch to say how disappointed I was, but, a week on, no response, so I assume they dont care.
I ordered flowers for a special birthday. The flowers weren’t delivered. The following day I tried ringing the shop.Website says the shop opens at 8am. I tried till 8.20, no answer. I drove to the shop, the florist arrived at 8.40. I explained the problem and she seemed quite blasé about it. Their mistake had been to write the wrong delivery date in their diary and flowers were being delivered today. No offer of anything to make up for the mistake until I persisted, then chocolates were offered as an addition to the delivery, i declined this on dietary grounds. Nothing else was suggested, so I asked for a balloon. This was agreed. Having seen the flowers, for which I paid extra for the larger display (£50) they were pretty disappointing. I have received batter value for money & customers service from other Macclesfield florists
