   Wanted the full payment before they would start ( new company policy) I refused and cancelled,he came back with a staged payment plan, everything seemed to be ok but have been waiting over 3 months for the fitters to come back to fix the kickboards incorrectly cut, refit the doors so they fit,align the under counter fridge and freezer that if you don't push hard doesn't close, been told time and time again someone is coming but never turn up apparently it's the owner who is blocking the fitters coming,I wish I had stuck to my original plan and cancelled.I wouldn't have them in my house and have got a joiner coming to put things right, terrible company and terrible attitude.

   Five years ago this company removed our old kitchen and installed a new one. Everything went very smoothly. We have been very pleased with all aspects of their workmanship and the products supplied. Unfortunately a few months ago three cupboard doors started to delaminate. We feared the worst. But the response from the business owner was absolutely fantastic. No grumbling, no cross examination. He simply asked for the details, ordered new doors, had them fitted, no charge! We were truly impressed. Rare to receive such service these days.

   Excellent customer service. From planning to fitting, I could not find fault. The guys were all lovely, went above and beyond. I was kept informed at all stages by Les and Chris the fitter worked so hard. There was one small snag which was corrected within 24 hours. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

   Had my kitchen redesigned and fitted a few weeks ago. Im absolutely thrilled with it. Firstly I dealt with Jon for the design and then I dealt with Peter who did an amazing job in ensuring I had a perfect kitchen fitted. Nothing was an issue to him and I felt totally reassured when he said 'trust me' it will look good. Chris the fitter was recommended to me and he didn't disappoint either. I highly recommend them - you won't be disappointed with their service. Thank you to you all.

   The Kirchen Centre started my job in August and finished in late October. The workmanship was poor and they had to come back four times to fix issues. Jon, the owner, was rude, obstructive and patronising throughout. His 40 years of experience did not shine through. He also took roughly a week at a time to reply to my concerns, dragging out the process. The effort involved in getting it right was horrendous and not to be recommended. If you look at the photos I've posted, these were whittled down from dozens of other examples of poor work. Be warned according to Jon it is standard to fit cupboard with backs that only go three quarters of the way up and if you look at the photos doors that won't open.
