i have bought flowers from here before and they have been the pre made bouquets, really lovely. was disappointed today when i asked for a roughly £20 bunch and was treated quite dismissively by the staff member i was served by. the flowers themselves weren’t arranged and just shoved into a plastic wrapping with no tape, and so the flowers all fell out when holding them at any angle. maybe today was just a bad day but being made fun of by staff for the way that you speak just really isn’t very professional and not a way to build repeat clients.
