Very disappointing!! Came out to quote a job. We were happy with the quote. Arranged for the job to be completed at a given date & time. He advised us what we needed to buy for the job and we did so. We waited all afternoon for him to arrive and he didn’t show up. We text him wondering where he was and why he’d not arrived. Never received even the courtesy of a reply to explain or any further contact at all.
