Everyone is lovely except Dave. Unsure why he has to be so rude & he doesn’t give the free vape juice you’re meant to get when you spend so much.

Went into Totally wicked earlier today, the guy in there Mick knew his stuff. He described the full product line with his personal best, and whats best value for money with what I wanted. Great customer service and knowledge. I left very happy with a full kit, some cool own branded juices and a smile on my face. I will 100% be returning to Totally wicked and mick!!!!!!
Utterly first class service. I went in today to buy a complete kit, and I'm glad that I went out of my way to visit this shop. The guys were friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff. I'm a newbie, but they talked me through every detail of my purchase, and gave me no hard sell. I live some miles away from the shop, but they will be getting all of my business from now on. I'd give them six stars if there was an option to do so.
