   No stars, but it won’t let me. 4 staff in the shop who stood chatting to each other rather than offer any help. Very rude when asked if they had a different size to what was already out, none of the wanted to go and look in the stockroom. The shop smells of damp, limited sizes in stock even though it’s the summer holidays and they are the only supplier for our school. If we could get uniform elsewhere we would. Avoid at all costs if you can!

   I went into the shop today to enquire when would be the best time to start purchasing the uniform for secondary school the lady in the shop was lovely and helpful and took her time to talk through everything and when is the best time to buy blazers I would definitely recommend the shop for all your uniform needs

   Previous experience has always been very good with staff helping to find the correct sizing. This time around two young girls on the front desk that weren't overly helpful and just pointed to a corner to try and find uniform. They were sorting out an online order which I'm sure could have been left just for a moment to take me to the correct location and to offer more assistance. Unfortunately this is the only place allocated to provide school uniform for some Mansfield secondary schools so customers have no choice. Will hope it's a bit better for next time and this is just a blip.

   I’ve been going into this uniform shop for years the lady who always serves me she is so kind and helpful I wouldn’t use anywhere else I’ve recently been in and ordered all my grandchildren school uniform and my nieces uniform she understands when I say what I need nothing is too much trouble at all also I’d like to say the shop is lovely clean organised and tidy when Any other staff approach you they also keep their distance which is brilliant with us just coming out the pandemic thank you all so much for your kindness

   We ordered and paid for our daughter's school uniform several weeks ago. We were given an appointment to collect it on Friday only to be told when we got there that it was out of stock. The shop didn't bother telling us this when we ordered and paid for it and now our daughter starts school today with no uniform!
