All the staff is very professional and helping at Syed Solicitors. I'd specially name Neelam Aslam as she was excellent at providing all the information required to make informed decision about the case and its progress. She was very open and honest. The staff was very supportive and accommodating throughout my case period. They took the headache on themselves and made sure my security is priority. They even gave detailed advises for free which someone else would have charged big fat amount for.

If I was able to give 0 star I would. We were deceived many times by the solicitors we gave ALL the paperwork that the solicitor asked for and she sent the case in after a few weeks we were told that the visa had been declined when we asked for the reasons as to why it was declined we were told that we hadn't given a bank statement and a college letter but we had CLEARLY given this paperwork to our solicitor neelam. When we told the solicitors that we had given this paperwork they said that they had made a mistake and would re-do the application and send another one free off charge after a few weeks we still hadn't had a message to tell us whether the visa had been accepted or not so we phoned the solicitors and asked to find out that the application hadn't even be sent in They apologised and made another pathetic excuse and said that they'll once more do the application but this time they were asking for a £100 charge over the £1000 we had already payed. WORST AGENCY EVER and no reliability.
