   Do not be fooled by their “reasonable” pricing — the customer service is terrible. Lack of communication: We were waiting for a bank document that was supposed to be sent directly to them. They never informed us that they hadn’t received it. After three weeks, another vendor advised me to check with the solicitor. Only then did we find out that they still didn’t have the bank offer letter, and they never bothered to tell us. Unfair charges after the deal was canceled: My deal was canceled very early in the process, before they had even received the bank letter. Despite this, they still charged us a ridiculously high amount, claiming that “all the work was done,” even though they didn’t have the proper documents to begin with. We ended up losing nearly £1,000 for essentially nothing. Hidden clause in the agreement: Be aware of agreement point 5a, which basically allows them to charge whatever they want if the deal is canceled. Even if it falls through in the first week—and even if you already paid for the survey—they will still charge you an unreasonable amount. Overall: Terrible communication, unfair fees, and policies that heavily disadvantage the customer. I would strongly recommend avoiding them and reading every detail of the contract if you choose to proceed.

   Diabolical unprofessional firm of solicitors worked in conveyancing myself and they were useless to the point 18 months later they have forgotten to do something on the sale of my beloved fathers home after he passed and asked us to send all the paperwork in again that they have misplaced or lost, stress we do not require. Phone call after phone call to do their job for them. Couldn't ever get hold of them. Very unprofessional stay well away and save your money for a better firm of solicitors. Save your money for a more professional company and less stressful sale. Office is a mess full of files open for everyone to see no GPDR in practice for sure they should be struck off for sure.
