Very disappointed with my bill from Woollastons. My divorce took a couple of years (mostly not their fault) but the divorce solicitor would phone me and take ages to explain everything. All her calls were so long, I had to keep saying I was busy. And she bills by the minute, which I didn't even realise, so no wonder her calls were so lengthy. Everything is billed by the minute, including emails and letters, so be careful how much they add up to.
very disappointed with woollastons solicitors in jockey Road boldmere sutton coldfield, it as taken them 6 months to do 2 very small documents which i have to say is to long & really very slow , the one document i thought needed to be altered so they penned in 3 words in between the sentence which all the family had to initial once this was done and returned they then gave me the same document back with the penned alteration still in i thought they would have at least retyped the single page document , i have tried to email them several times but unfortunately no one as bothered to respond , the document to me looks unfinshed and very unprofessional , woollastons either have to much work on there books or are just not concerned about their clients concerns , for the price that was paid i do not think woollastons give you value for money and would not use them again.
Been meaning to review Wollastons for a while. They handled our house purchase a few years ago and were great. But what was really appreciated was how a couple years later they helped us and looked over a few things for us (albeit related to the house) which really helped put our mind at ease. They didn’t need to do that, and could have easily asked for further payment but didn’t and I really appreciated that! Friendly, good people. Thanks again.
The best and safest hands for buying and selling. Laura and her team went above and beyond, which is something often missed by the big faceless conveyancing companies.
Contacted them for will, but very slow in responding, only replied when I asked for an update. When they did respond they sent me very personal details for someone else! Disappointing service, not recommended.
It's been decorated during lockdown and looks fab. Nerys and Ade were there usual friendly and efficient selves..great little pub
Thank you to Laura and the team for a thoroughly professional job. I had previously used city centre practices and found them to be arrogant and condescending. The team at Woollastons have listened to my concerns on every occasion and acted upon them. However I was most impressed with the way I was kept informed.. I knew at every stage what was happening and if there were any holdups why.
